Monday: 25 pushups, 50 jumping jacks, 50 line jumps, 3 (20sec) v-sit stretches
Tuesday: Walk or Jog for 15 min. , 3 (10) sec planks, 25 curl ups, 20 lunges
Wednesday: 25 pushups, 50 jumping jacks, 50 line jumps, 3(20sec) visit stretches
Thursday: Walk or jog 15-20 min., jump rope or simulate for 5 min, 4 (10 sec) six inches
Friday: Walk or jog 20 min.
